And this is what we do to kids we don't like... hoist them up eighteen metres and then snap the rope.

Only kidding :)

This is the Giant Swing in action. You get hauled up to the top and then pull the string that releases the swing. What feels like a whole hour of stomach-clenching free-fall follows - in reality it is probably less than a second - before the swing ropes kick in and then you have a scenic view over a valley edged by fences and signs that say "Warning: High Cliffs!"

What I like about this shot is that it captures the wonderful moment when the swing ropes have just kicked in. You can still see the haul rope falling to the ground.
