Two and a half years ago, this was the pizza restaurant Vesbar, very much beloved, particularly for its standout margherita. I went to Italy, found no pizzas to compare with it, and returned, only to find that the incomparable was gone. It was to be replaced by a succession of coffee shops, each more forgettable than the last. Until now: coffee cup on crown is a warm, inviting place to sit and watch the denizens of Surry Hills float by. Just give me a wall full of books and you'll never get rid of me :)
